Customer Service Specialist (Northridge)

We are a floor and window coverings company in Northridge, California.
Job Description: Customer Service Representative Duties: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Supervisory skills a plus Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Bilingual - Spanish We offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
