Telemarketing/CSR (CHATSWORTH)

We are a family-owned 10+ year old HVAC company and we are expanding! Looking to hire 2-3 customer services representatives to join our team.
We are looking for a person that loves to TALK, outgoing, well spoken, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Daily focus is calling, texting and emailing our HUGE client database and new client requests, in an effort to service, maintain and repair their HVAC and Plumbing equipment.
We DO NOT Cold Call.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -Hourly pay + weekly bonuses! -Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients – No Cold Calling -Answer Inbound calls.
-Must be motivated and ready to make money we have the best commission structure! -Flexible payment options to fit everyone's needs.
-Hours TBD- Flexible -Schedule appointments with customers in accordance with our priority schedule.
-Service Titan CRM knowledge and experience a PLUS COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Initial hourly rate of $18-$22, (Based on availability, experience and knowledge) PLUS BONUSES! Exceptional working environment.
