We are looking for someone who pays great attention to detail and can take ownership of responsibilities.

Come grow with us! *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Demonstrate exceptional customer service while applying focused sales techniques to determine customer needs to enhance their e-commerce shopping experience.
* Understand the Ins and Outs of the business with an ownership attitude.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry-leading and customer sales strategies .
* Assist and support customers through emails, live chat, and phone calls.
* Assist customers by effectively responding to or resolving customer service issues.
* Perform other customer-related duties to ensure our service exceeds customer expectations.
* Support the shipping and packing team to ensure orders are completed and shipped daily.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
* Process and follow-up with daily orders and invoices.
* Follow-up with customer inquiries and provide customer care to customers.
* Review and manage product reviews/feedback.
* Outbound sales calls and account management.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.
