The Client Care Expert is dedicated to providing the best after sales and repairs services and experience to our Clients, ensuring a smooth process from the point of receipt to the return of the product to the client.
The priority for the Client Care Expert is to provide an exceptional after sales experience for our Clientele.
The scope of the role will include fulfilling timely commitments, taking a solution-oriented approach to after sales issues, communicating effectively with Clients and Store teams, identifying and addressing opportunities relating to after sales and Client satisfaction.
PROFIL
This person will be responsible for product repairs, Client returns, personalization, special orders and any additional after sales services available to Clients.
The successful candidate will have previously held a position in after sales service or luxury repairs center/boutique/workshop and has experience working in after sales functions in a fast paced, retail environment.
Excellent organization, advanced customer service and administration skills are required, in addition to advanced excel & computer skills.
