Job Description
Associa-PCM is looking for an energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team.
The right candidate will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.
This position is located on-site at luxury community with hours Thursday and Friday from 2pm-7pm and Saturday 9am-5:30pm.
In this role, you will interact daily with the residents of the community, help create and organize events, all while providing a welcoming professional but fun environment.
You will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to help accomplish these goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome homeowners/guests/vendors/new customers to community
Planning, execution and oversight of on-site events
Field and respond promptly to homeowner, Board member, and vendor inquires via phone, email, TownSq requests, letter, and or/in person; follow through on various requests
Assist General Manager and Assistant General Manager in updating new homeowner information into the directory and computer C3 program
Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of community’s vision
Deliver memorable interactions with all residents by being friendly, answering questions and being helpful as you develop a strong rapport with each resident
Manage and organize services for the community such as package collections, wellness checks of their homes for those out of town for an extended period of time, assist with restaurant reservations and other minor tasks as requested.
Maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity
Provide exemplary and timely customer service to residents, pets and community staff
Other duties as assigned
The pay for this part-time position is $24 hourly.
Thehours are Thursday and Friday from 2pm-7pm and Saturday 9am-5:30pm.
Requirements
High School education or equivalent, 1-2 years of directly related customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
Needs to be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Ability to pay close attention to detail
Competency in word processing, spreadsheet, or database management software packages
Knowledge of office practices, filing systems, record keeping and proper phone etiquette
