*Job Description*
Our award winning team is expanding and we are looking to hire a energetic and cheerful person to join our award winning team.
We are currently seeking a candidate for a both a part-time and full-time position with either Farmers Insurance or Insurance experience.
We have openings in Westlake Village, Porter Ranch, and Sylmar.
Our Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products and answer any questions our clients may have.
Prior insurance industry experience is required.
Farmers Insurance experience preferred.
This position has evenings and weekends free.
*Responsibilities*
* Process customer policy change requests
* Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
* Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
* Answer incoming phone calls
* Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction respond to queries, solicit further sales and solve or refer problems
* Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests and sales requests with a specified time
* Identify cross selling opportunities and referring the customer to the appropriate agent
* Provide exceptional customer service
