Front Desk Agent

The Grand Vista Hotel is currently seeking candidates for the following position: Full Time Front Desk Guest Agent Description - Customer Service and communication skills - First impression to guests welcoming and checking guests in and out of the hotel - Computer skills, must process transactions with cash and credit cards - Compassionately and professionally handle guest concerns and offer solutions, fulfill all guest requests and follow up to ensure they are met.
- Sales of hotel reservations, rate packages and upgrades in person and over telephone.
Friendly, professional and courteous customer service experience is required.
Candidate must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.
