Front Desk Receptionist

Bellacures in Westlake is looking for an experienced, full-time receptionist who is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
This position has the potential to be Salon Manager.
Bellacures is known for its sterile procedures and its relaxing atmosphere.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Answering multi-line phones gracefully.
* Booking appointments efficiently and correctly using MindbodyOnline (will train).
* Greeting every client, whether it be over the phone or in person, with a cheerful attitude.
* Ensuring that all of our clients feel right at home by giving the BEST hospitality.
* Light cleaning.
* Escorting clients to waiting areas/seats.
* Educating guests on services.
* Since we are the first point of contact for our clients, we want to always look and feel our best.
Must be presentable and clean at all times.
