Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, quick learning and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, processing their orders and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls, respond to inquiries, and process orders in a professional and timely manner.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner.
- Process and calculate orders timely and accurately.
- General office; outgoing mail processing including certified mailings, filing, etc.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
Requirements: - Previous 2 years experience in customer service sales is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, ie.
, Word & Excel.
Excellent math and calculator skills, required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
