Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Description Ortega Insurance & Financial Services is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our outstanding customer service team.
We are a reputable, 40+ year established award-winning agency that thrives in product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
We will provide training to generate new sales opportunities and meet customer service expectations for our clients.
We will also assist with acquiring Insurance licensing.
Salary: $21.
00 - $23.
00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Responsibilities Applicant must be well-organized, detail-orientated, motivated, and willing and ambitious to learn and take on various job responsibilities.
-Provide friendly and courteous on-phone / in-person etiquette.
-Handle incoming calls from clients and new customers.
-Identify existing clients' needs and offer additional products.
-Generate Insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
-Process customer policy change requests along with billing inquiries and payments.
-Complete certificate of Insurance requests.
Requirements PC and clerical skills are a must.
Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to multi-task and follow through.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiqutte.
Great customer service skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Organization skills.
English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.
Property and Casualty license.
