*Position Overview:*
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care and support.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with inquiries, orders, and technical support related to our Purewick system and other medical equipment offerings.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide friendly and empathetic customer support via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
* Educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of Purewick and other medical equipment
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
* Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and Medicare regulations
*Qualifications:*
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
* Familiarity with medical terminology and Medicare regulations is a plus
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
