Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Handles the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner in the absence of the supervisor / manager
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and guest information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not a requirement
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries effectively
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an asset
