About: Connell Processing, Inc is an Aerospace metal finishing company located in Burbank, CA, that has been serving the industry for several decades, providing processing services for components and assemblies utilized by Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, and Northrup-Grumman.
Job Description: The Customer Service employee will answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers.
They will coordinate with other employees to relay delivery and pick-up schedules, resolve order discrepancies, and clarify instructions for special requests.
Job Duration: 6-8 months Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates Qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize customer requests -Must be able to type 40WPM minimum and be familiar with the 10-key numerical keypad.
