Outbound Customer Service Specialist

Description: Here is what you will do: An Outbound Customer Service Specialist is responsible for proactively making outgoing calls to prospective customers with the goal of securing appointments for the Sales Team and/or Service Team.
The CSS may also be called upon to answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online chat requests, and respond in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service skills and solid problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
The position is full-time.
The Call Center operates Monday – Sunday 7:00 a.
m.
– 8:00 p.
m.
The work setting is in an office.
Because it is an essential function of the CSS to work with the team in the call center, the CSS role is not a remote or hybrid position and will report to the direct work site.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Contacting potential customers through cold-calling techniques throughout the workday · Probing customers to understand their home service needs and secure appointments.
· Overcoming objections from potential customers on scheduling, price, etc.
· Providing information about our products, services, and company history.
· Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to achieve appointments.
· Documenting all customer interactions through Service Titan.
Requirements: Skills/Qualifications/Competencies · Minium one year experience in a customer service call center and/or inside sales experience.
· Proven ability to interact effectively with prospective customers.
· Ability to respond professionally to resistance.
· High achiever – seeks to surpass performance goals.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Persuasive communication skills with a pleasant phone manner · Strong detail orientation · Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Computer skills with the ability to learn the company’s software.
