* *Job Description:* * Retirement claims benefits from a pension plan * Handle 40 - 60 calls per day *On a daily basis, this person will perform the following duties:* * This is a non-sales position, however, there is an expectation of 40 to 60 inbound calls per day and making a few outbound calls to follow up on missing information.
* Speak with clients in a customer service call center environment regarding their various insurance policies and update required information * Field specific questions regarding their life insurance policies and help to verify information, answer questions, and complete any necessary transactions.
