*Position Overview* We are looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills.
This position requires heavy telephone and heavy computer work.
This position requires the ability to remain focused despite distractions and a self motivated/results driven personality.
*The Call Center Agent / Scheduling Agent Will:* · Make phone calls, emails and text messages to new and existing vendors and others as necessary · Monitor case queue and take necessary steps to ensure case assignments are made in accordance with the established processes, procedures and deadlines *Key Skills Needed:* · Ability & Competence to complete all work in a web based environment · Ability to multitask · Drive and ability to push through obstacles and complete assigned tasks · Perform well under pressure · Superior time management · Work in an office environment and remotely.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
