Cashier/Customer Service

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Process customer returns and exchanges - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations - Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus - Multilingual abilities are a bonus We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.
