Dispatcher

Image 2000 is one of the fastest growing providers of digital imaging and document management solutions in Southern California.
We are seeking an experienced full time Dispatcher with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail for our headquarters in Valencia.
Position hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (no weekends).
In this role you will: * Schedule and verify service technicians for service calls, installations, training and sales support * Receive service calls (phone) and enter them accurately into the system (computer) * Ensure that technicians are running on time and completing service calls in a timely manner; update call status and assign additional calls throughout the day * Invoice all billable service calls and confer with Accounts Receivable on credit hold accounts * Review dispatch reports to account for any time lags, incomplete service calls, or general problems *Minimum 1 year in a dispatch role required.
* This is a front line position that requires superior customer service and people management skills (internally and externally) and problem solving skills.
You must be technically savvy and able to pick up new systems with relative ease.
