Dispatcher/Customer Service

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in high pressure situations.
The primary responsibility is to execute dispatch functions for our chauffeur staff and provide customer service support for all Music Express clientele.
This candidate must work well in a team environment and have dispatching experience.
Essential Functions: 1.
Assigns drivers and vehicles to all reservation orders.
2.
Coordinates with affiliate providers on services needed.
3.
Monitors and records codes for chauffeurs and ensures the timeliness of input.
4.
Update flights of all incoming clientele as required.
Follows up with chauffeur to advise time changes and notes the change in the record.
5.
Receives client request by telephone.
Researches any problems and contacts management if escalation is necessary.
6.
Processes changes to orders as requested by client/booker 7.
Complete quality control check on all orders taken for the day.
8.
Interacts with reservation office on any orders missing information.
9.
Provides knowledge of fleet, prices, estimated pick-up times and other requested items from clients/bookers.
10.
Notifies supervisor of any outstanding issues which require management involvement.
