We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate who is responsible for delivering high quality and efficient service to our advisor team and our clients.
A Client Service Associate contributes to the Company's client retention and satisfaction efforts, providing value to our clients and advisors through managing workflow processes and providing exceptional routine client support.
A Client Service Associate is responsible for understanding the Company's policies, procedures and digital capabilities that will allow them to provide administrative and operational support to Advisors.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Administration support for our team of elite Advisors, including but not limited to, coordination of client meetings, file & calendar maintenance, telephone management, expense reports
* Maintain existing client relationships by processing client requests, addressing client inquiries, and updating and maintaining client information and documentation
* Onboarding new client accounts, including collecting and inputting required client information
* Conducting outreach to client base to maintain strong relationships and identify Company services and solutions that support clients' needs
* Supporting the Company's marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials and supports its digital and social media platforms, in addition to planning client events and seminars
* Engage in available training and educational programs to stay up to date with the Company's current business policies and procedures, including its proprietary software system for maintaining and updating client records
Education/Experience:
* High School Diploma, or equivalent
* College Degree (preferred)
* 2 or more years of industry experience (preferred)
Knowledge/Skills:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office Products)
* Detail oriented with superior organizational skills
* Team player
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.
