Nenergy boost is currently seeking a reliable Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
We are seeking someone in our Malibu location.
You must be able to work on Saturdays.
This position will welcome and greet all guests who visit the business.
As this person is the first point of contact for our company, customer service is extremely important.
In addition to receiving guests and clients, the Front Office Receptionist will also handle all administrative duties including answering phones, redirecting phone calls, scheduling/booking and confirming appointments, coordinate front-desk activities and distribute correspondence.
This person will ensure that the facility is properly maintained, well stocked and kept clean at all times.
This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
To be successful in this role, you should have a pleasant personality, know how to prioritize and deal with urgent matters in a timely and effective manner, and be able to execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Front Reception responsibilities include:
* Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
* Answer, screen and forward incoming phone call
* Answer general inquiries about company, product and provide excellent customer service
* Represent Nenergy Boost in a professional manner
* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.
g.
pens, forms and brochures)
* Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
* Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
* Keep inventory of stock
* Update calendars and schedule and confirm appointments
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Qualifications:
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
* Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.
g.
fax machines and printers)
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
* Excellent organizational skills
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Customer service attitude
* High school degree
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working for a healthcare practice or hospital preferred
