We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a First-Tier Customer Service Technician.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves troubleshooting operational equipment, interacting with customers to provide technical support via phone or electronically, and maintaining customer satisfaction by solving problems and processing information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' equipment or services.
• Maintain CRM with pertinent information.
• Manage customer cases through CRM, including updating communication and maintaining data entry.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of electronics, networks, Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, methodical, motivated, self-starter.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
