Client Relations / Vendor Manager for Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Law Firm

A Law Firm in Woodland Hills specializing in creditor representation in Bankruptcy/Foreclosure/Civil Litigation/Collection/Eviction matter has an opening for the following position: Client Relations Manager / Vendor Management Director The duties/responsibilities of this position are: - Client Relations/Marketing/Business Development/Team Leader - Manage/Handle completion of client due diligence requests/questionnaires/blasts - Formalize internal procedure/policy creation and updates to meet client expectations/requirements and firm needs - Ad hoc requests - Coordinate travel arrangements, conference registrations, administrative functions as needed - Some travel to visit clients and attend conferences is required - Format fee agreements for client services - Coordinate/Lead meetings for firm employees/management as needed - Facilitate onsite audits as required/applicable - Create and modify marketing material Skills: The ideal candidate would have the following: - A minimum of 2 years experience in a related position required - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient with windows based operating systems - Must be a team player - Must possess positive interpersonal skills - Knowledge of mortgages, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or collections Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64,480.
