We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator, who is motivated, energetic with great communication skills.
To provide a high level of customer service for our organization and interact with customers to answer their inquiries about products, services and accounts.
Building partnerships and good relationships with customers is necessary to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities
· Answers customer questions and addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.

Receives a high number of inbound calls and provide great customer service experience to existing customers.
· Documents in MarketSharp all conversations, follow up, scheduling, work to be done.
· Reports problems and unresolved issues to the Manager or Director.
· Works directly with Chief installer (Luis) in coordinating install services.
· Coordinates and maintains daily service calendar to schedule the (6) technicians and their daily schedule.
· Prepares paperwork for daily services.
· Meets with clients in person when they come into the factory.

Generates invoices for any chargeable services while working with accounting and updating MarketSharp.

Work directly with the factory to ensure that any reworks/items needed for services are being processed and ready for the scheduled service date.

Able to learn new terminology and processes specific to the window and door industry.
Education and Experience

High School Diploma
· Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
