Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Contact Center Representative, who has proven experience in performing a broad variety of telephone service transactions and provides service to members within the call center environment.
What You Will Do:
Present and explain Credit Union services and products by phone.
Perform a variety of transactions and services with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
Assist or refer members with any and all questions or problems
Maintain privacy of member account information
Perform outbound calls, fax information, make necessary and appropriate requests of members
Identify customer needs and cross-sell Credit Union products and promotions
Requirements:
What We Are Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one (1) year of credit union or call center customer service experience
Experience working in a financial institution call center or branch office is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of standard banking transactions.
Good understanding of common banking products and services
Well versed in the use of a personal computer in an office environment
Knowledgeable in the use of a personal computer, tablet and smartphone for completing personal banking transactions.
Ability to speak clearly and succinctly
Solid writing skills, including a firm grasp of spelling, grammar, and email etiquette
Ability to use a personal computer and related software applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bilingual language (written and verbal) skills are a plus.

Pay Grade Info:
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State.
We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is: $16.
