POSITION SUMMARY:
* Manage schedules of our service technicians.
Handling inbound calls from high profile clients, scheduling appointments, and maintain paperwork, typing, managing customer files, etc.
* We work with high-end consumers.
Professionalism & telephone etiquette is very important.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate, manage and maintain all technicians’ schedules to fulfill customer’s needs.
* Taking phone calls, communicating with technicians and the factory to ensure customer’s needs are met.
* Maintaining the confidentiality of client and agency information at all times.
* Assist with billing, collections, and insurance claims
* Typing
Starting pay is usually $18-20/hour depending on experience, skills and qualifications, with room to grow.
