Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns.
Policy Support: Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and updates to ensure accurate coverage.
Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, collecting necessary information, and liaising between clients and insurance carriers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policy files, and communication logs.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, displaying empathy, professionalism, and a dedication to their satisfaction.
Requirements
Customer Service Skills: 1 year experience in Insurance is Required
P&C license is required
Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and procedures is preferred.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment, balancing both remote and onsite responsibilities.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in documentation and client interactions.
