Glow Aesthetic Center is a premier medical spa facility located in Encino, CA.
We are looking to fill in a part time or full time position here at our facility for our front desk receptionist position otherwise known as a beauty consultant.
We believe that our success starts with our beauty consultants, who are the first people to come into contact with our new and existing clientele.
Job role of our beauty consultants include but may not be limited to:
* Ability to properly answer all forms of communication between our clientele via the phone, email, text message, Yelp, and more.
* Booking appointments for our patients using our integrated booking system Mangomint.
* Providing a luxurious experience to our clientele in office, tending to our clientele's various needs.
* Checking out our clientele with the variety of payment options we provide here at our office (cash, credit card, financing, care credit, and more)
* Properly educating our clientele on the variety of cosmetic treatments, products, packages, and its pricing that we provide here at Glow Aesthetic Center.
* Assisting our injectors to the best of your abilities during any treatments with our clientele.
* Keeping the facility clean and properly disenfected, which includes turning over any treatment rooms after a treatment is done.
* Checking in patients to their appointments, providing them with the correct consent forms that they may be required to fill out, and taking proper medical photos of the patients before and after a treatment.
Qualifications we are evaluating includes but may not be limited to:
* At least a high school degree.
* Prior experience in a front desk receptionist position.
* Prior experience working in a medical facility.
* Prior experience working in a medical spa facility.
* Customer service experience.
* Experience in the cosmetic or beauty industry.
