Friendliness and a good attitude are what we are looking for.
Main duties include answering a multi-line phone, checking patients in/out, processing client payments, data entry, checking & replying to emails, online pharmacy requests, cleaning & other general office duties.
We use Ezyvet as our practice management software.
This is a part time (5 hour shifts or 2 or 3 full days) or full time position (consisting of four 10 hour shifts or five 8 hour shifts), including Saturdays or Sundays (but not both unless you prefer weekends).
Wage commensurate with experience ($18-$22/hr).
