Dispatch/Customer Service Representative

ROOTER GUARD IS HIRING! We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the services Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services ​Qualifications: 1 year of customer service experience Ability to Multitask Dispatchers often are moving a lot of people around at the same time, tracking their movements and keeping tabs on what they need.
