Some of What You’ll do:
Create a positive experience for customers encouraging repeat business and loyal customers
Use your expertise in customer service to meet the needs of new and existing customers
Follow up with leads and from all touchpoints including dealer portal, DMS, CRM system, and website
Participate in sales and marketing activities to encourage new sales leads
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information during every contact
Make proactive outbound calls to schedule appointments for lease-end customers
Learn new skills and while taking your career to new heights
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
1-2 years call center experience, sales experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Phone and email etiquette
Possess or be eligible to obtain an Occupational Sales License
Acceptable Driving Record

Strong problem solving and follow up skills
