* We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team's call center.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging warm leads and inquiries *(NO Cold Calling)*.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
