requires orders to be accurate and presentable, so we can meet our client’s high expectations.
We are looking for an energetic and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR II) who is
accountable for maintaining day to day customer relations and ensuring world class order fulfillment.
The
team member serves as a resource to customers, prospects, warehouse employees, buyers and outside
sales staff.
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
CSR II Responsibilities:
\* Sell and service customers over the phone and via email, providing pricing and freight quotes.
\* Support the sales staff by entering orders, sending acknowledgements to the sales rep for review,
\*Reviewing gross profit margin reports before the product is billed to the customer, follow up with the
\*Sales/customer on delivery schedule, schedule deliveries with the operations department.
\* Take and process customer orders, provide delivery information, and follow up as required.
\* Source and process special orders and direct shipments.
\* Prepare quotes and follow up in a timely fashion.
\* Continually pursue knowledge on our different product lines.
\* Process payment via cash, check, or credit card.
\* Notify supervisor, warehouse manager, and outside sales staff of customer issues as warranted.
\* Assist with the company’s inventory management program when required.
\* Maintain accurate customer contact records.
\* Review work load and prioritize work to ensure delivery times, locations, and customer requirements are consistently met.
\* Participate in various departmental and interdepartmental meetings or training as required.
\* Perform other duties as necessary.

\* 2+ Years of High-Volume Order Entry & Customer Service
