Steamer Cleaners in Sherman Oaks is seeking to set the standard in Delivery Service relationships.
Do you have a clean driving record and can deliver superior customer service? Minimum Requirements Must have at least 7 years of licensed driving experience A clean DMV report and insurable by our carrier.
Must be authorized to work in the USA (no sponsorship) Valid California Driver License Key Characteristics Exude the utmost professionalism at all times Self-starter “Can Do Will Do” perspective; entrepreneurial Provide exceptional customer service Adhere to company policy guidelines; dress code, hygiene, conduct, smoke free workplace.
Demonstrate teamwork: Respect management and teammates to improve company performance General Delivery duties Delivery Services Collecting orders and prepare for delivery based on Company guidelines Follow strict delivery processes Work well with other team members Point of Sale system access Lifting and caring of clothing Customer Service Deliver the best customer experience – Greeting, pleasantries, rapport, professional presentation, ensure a safe comfortable experience Verify proper paperwork, documentation and ID of customers Housekeeping duties and maintaining hygienic conditions to include but not limited to: Wearing a mask and gloves Dusting Wiping down counters, doors and windows Clean outside of the store front Keeping company vehicle clean inside and out Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume in PDF format or come by and complete an application.
