*Job Summary:* We're currently seeking a dependable Front and Back Office Medical Assistant to handle a diverse range of administrative and clinical responsibilities.
In this role, you'll be providing essential support to our manager and clinical staff, ensuring the seamless flow of daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, organizational prowess utilizing tools like Google G-Suite, and fundamental computer competencies.
Ultimately, we're seeking a Front and Back Office Medical Assistant who can contribute to the efficient and smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

While experience is appreciated, we are open to training the right person who shares our enthusiasm for creating a positive and supportive healthcare environment *Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with healthcare providers in the back office, providing essential support in patient care and medical procedures.
* Facilitate patient intakes, creating a seamless and positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic.
* Perform medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing insurance information.
* Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
* Take and record patients' medical history and vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
* Assist with patient education by providing information on procedures, and follow-up care.
* Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing.
* Prepare and maintain medical equipment for use during procedures.
* Manage tasks related to prior authorizations, workers' compensation, and personal injury cases ( Experience is a plus!) * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
*Skills:* * Utilize Electronic Medical Records system (EMR/EHR).
* Proficient in medical terminology and coding practices.
* Strong customer service skills to provide excellent patient care and support.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately record patient information and maintain medical records.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
* Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
* Phlebotomy experience is desirable.
*Education/ Experience:* * High School Diploma ( required) * Medical Assistant Certification with phlebotomy experience or CPT-1 ( preferred) * Experience: 1 year in clinical setting ( preferred) If you're ready to contribute to the growth of our dynamic practice and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, we encourage you to apply for the position.
