CSR - Customer Service Representative

Elite Express Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Representative At our Brand New Express Car Wash to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries * Inform customers about products offered and assist in processing transactions * Sell customers on upgraded washes and monthly wash clubs * Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Assist customers with entering car wash tunnel Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills We are looking for someone that wants to grow within our company with potential management opportunities in the future.
Compensation starts at $17.
00 per hour with commission and quarterly bonuses.
