We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) B2B support specialist, who will be responsible to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
You will be responsible for the implementation of customer accounts, and answering customer requests using different communication channels.
Paid training is provided.
If you have phone customer service experience and are tech-savvy, this is a great entry position for you with an opportunity to grow with the organization.
*Job responsibilities:*
* Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
* Identify, prioritize and escalate (as needed) Customer issues
* Manage a large number of Customers' requests via different channels
* Proactively follow up and support Customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Follow standard processes and procedures
*Required qualifications:*
* Ability to work M-F 9 AM -6 PM
* Advanced Spanish knowledge is a must
* 1+ years of customer support experience is a must
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* The capacity to work independently as well as in a team
