Customer Service Representative

Our award winning team is expanding and we are looking to hire energetic and cheerful persons to join our team.
We are currently seeking candidates for a part-time or full-time position with customer service experience who are looking to expand their career in the insurance industry.
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products and answer any questions our clients may have.
*Responsibilities* * Process customer policy change requests * Secure all Trailing Documents from customers * Complete Evidence of Insurance requests * Answer incoming phone calls * Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests and sales requests within the specified time * Identify cross selling opportunities and refer the customer to the appropriate agent * Provide exceptional customer service *Requirements* * Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow up * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Great Customer Service Skills * Must be highly self-motivated and Career-minded * Insurance Experience preferred Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
