*Customer Service Representative*
De Rigo REM, a leader in the design and distribution of fashion eyewear, located in the Northeast San Fernando Valley, is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about details and excellent at both verbal and written communication.
This position is responsible for the daily servicing of our customers request to place orders, answer questions, trouble shoot, investigate, and provide information on product or services.
They must be able to contribute and work as a team player assisting the department, territory sales representatives, regional managers, and key accounts national.
*Job Description:*
* Create sales orders received by phone, email, and fax.
* Answer phone calls while logged into the marquee
* Process Online Orders.
* Process online orders received through our Customer facing and internal Sales Rep portals
* Inventory: understand stock screen; quantity allocated, back-orders, knowing delivery date of expected product.
* Back-orders: expected back-order date; back-order list; back-order release; and invoicing, picking, and shipping of back-orders
* Issue return authorizations to customers
* Assist in new account set up and customer maintenance.
* Track packages and perform various tasks associated with the transit of our product
* Respond to customers via email.
* Work on projects as assigned by Management
*Qualifications & Skills*
* *SAP experience a plus*
* Quick & accurate order/data entry
* Proficiency at MS Word/Excel
* Professional business demeanor
* Attention to detail
* Multi-task oriented
* Sales support experience
* Fashion experience a plus
* 1 to 3 years’ customer service experience
* Current customer service job preferred

- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is preferred
