*Summary: Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.
* *Essential Duties and Responsibilities *include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Ø Triages heavy volume of incoming service calls.
Determines nature of call.
Talks with customers by phone and creates service call.
Creates new service site record for new customers.
Ø Separates invoices and prepares invoices for mailing.
Where applicable, process customer purchase orders and attaches to invoice for mailing.
Files company copy of invoice.
Ø Prepares and sorts work orders and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
Reviews work orders for accuracy and ensures charges are accurate.
Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen.
Ø Receives complaints and/or concerns regarding billing and/or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Ø Process returned mail.
Follows-up with customer to obtain correct mailing address.
Inputs new address into computer system.
Ø Books workorders sent via email & online.
Ø Confirms customer information and makes or updates account as needed.
Ø Performs all other duties as assigned.
