Customer Service/ Confirmer

We are a construction and remodeling company that is growing daily! We are looking for a motivated individual to fill our seats in our confirmation department.
You will be calling customers to confirm appointments and information on file.
We have a high reputation in the industry with high customer satisfaction.
We offer all the tools to ensure you succeed within the company \* weekly pay \* Training is provided and is PAID once completed *job duties are as follow but not limited to:* * answer calls * confirm appointments before dispatching * follow up on missed calls/ voicemails * friendly and positive demeanor via telephone * manage daily schedule * follow/ call customers from multiple lead sources * communicate daily with team *Must have:* * familiar with home improvement industry * admin experience * customer service * great communication skills * bilingual is a plus 5 days a week 9am to 6:30pm If you fit this description and this company seems right for you apply here Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $1,300.
