I have years of experience transforming, converting, combining, reformatting, cross-referencing, reporting, and processing various types of data.
I take sets of data, process it per business needs, and deliver it back in the needed format.
I also create forms and templates for various business needs.
I can perform this work either on an hourly basis or on a project basis, depending on the type of data and details of the processing required, however, it is most efficient to verbally discuss your systems, data types, and the specific business goals that need to be accomplished.
At times it may also be helpful to discuss your business processes in order to better understand the data and your business needs.

Some of the sources of exported data I have worked with:
• Excel spreadsheet, Access database, CSV file, flat text file, QuickBooks
• BigCommerce, Amazon, Sears Marketplace, other proprietary Ecommerce systems
• Proprietary ERP/manufacturing/inventory systems
• Simple SQL queries, database table exports
• Data extracted from other sources such as Word and PDF**
Some of the types of data processing I have done:
• Mass update of pricing, descriptions, or other text/data for inventory systems
• Analyze and report on inventory cost versus retail price of products
• Convert and reformat data (inventory, customer, vendor, etc) to migrate from one system into another
• Clean, convert, or find errors in specific data, such as phone numbers and email addresses
• Find duplicated data, and cross-reference for review and deletion
• Extract specific portions of data from single field, and breakdown into separate fields
• Cross-reference one data set with another, for data lookups or data conversion
• Combine multiple fields into one
Creation of templates & forms:
• Printable/fillable Excel templates and forms with calculation formulas
• Business forms suitable for printing, or for use as multi-part carbonless forms
