We are looking for an Assoc Dir, Software Development Engineering who is experienced in AdTech client-side development.
Proficient knowledge of headerbidding (prebidjs), google tag manager, client side ad insertion and other technologies/tools.
In addition to the standardized solution, able to offer custom AdTech development services for publisher clients and internal stakeholders.
Shall be experienced in partnering with clients to conceptualize and design client solutions which can be delivered on the IQVIA platform.
Essential Functions
Support publisher integrations including but not limited to lasso tag, aim and prebidjs
Develop and support debugging and tracing tools to validate and inspect Adtag placements (Google Chrome).
Work on quick incident resolution workflow.
Support cookieless initiatives or first party identities, proposed by publisher and MediaOS.
Use tag manager tools, write automation scripts for tag generation.
Adopt new adtech frameworks, provide architecture designs of cliend-side solutions to archieve better performance / increase win rate and speedup adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience Req
5+ years experience working with adtech platform and supporting publishers
Extensive JavaScript knowledge, ability to build memory/cpu optimized solutions
Ability to led a small development teams (3-6 developers) for publisher integration support, monitoring and troubleshooting
Have experience with developing career progression plans for a team

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $136,000.
