93) The *Programmer Analyst IV* is responsible for the analysis and development of complex software enhancements and solutions to problems submitted by users and will define and construct databases and software to meet users' requirements.
They assist end users in the use of new and modified programs.
They assist management in certain administrative tasks for supported systems.
Additionally, they assist other programmers with their design and implementations.
They are proficient in programming applications for the credit union core system, Symitar Episys, related systems, and in the use of Java and MS Visual Studio .

* Assists in the administration of the Credit Union's Episys System, DocuSign electronic signature system, MeridianLink application systems and/or Documentum document system per management's requirements.
* Assists in the definition of work for third-party consultant developers, and reviews and provides to management consultant work evaluations.
* Controls the integrity of all data files.
* May develop process automation applications in Documentum xCP.
* Develops program solutions utilizing the Symitar Episys PowerOn proprietary language, Java, and/or Microsoft .

* May develop solutions for the DocuSign API and /or Documentum xCP environments.
* Develops computer programs to enhance efficient use of Credit Union systems, maintains member and other data, and produces requested reports for the Credit Union.
* Develops and maintains documentation to provide clear understanding of the purpose and operational procedures of the program.
* Identifies data processing exceptions and notifies appropriate personnel.
* Maintains current knowledge of computer technology and makes recommendations for consideration of new technology to management.
* Proposes and reviews potential programming solutions with other developers and coordinates implementations with them and other IT departments and management.
* Provides information for the development of formal or informal end-user training.
* Provides technical support to IT staff and system users to resolve operational problems quickly and with minimal interruption to service.
* Responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to both members and co-workers.
* Education and/or Experience\* * Must have a proven track record of experience in complex programming in a financial institution environment or business computing and an excellent working knowledge of: * * Programming in Java and/or C# .
net, and related developer environments * Data-base design Programming in 3rd generation computer languages * * Programming using SQL Server data, and report generation * PC operation and software including MS Office components.
* Experience with Documentum xCP *Bachelor's degree in a computer related field preferred.
