Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Manufacturing Engineer, we have an exciting opportunity for you! In this role you will provide manufacturing expertise to solve difficult problems and continuously improve our manufacturing organization and/or supply base.
You will also provide leadership and direction in manufacturing for programming, processing, tooling, or working with development engineering on new hardware.
What You Will Be Doing
Support the manufacturing floor for any process related questions and develop/train other members in the manufacturing process.
Support new capital equipment purchases and implementation with justification documentation.
Create, maintain, and develop new process documentation and update work order documentation.
Use basic concepts of Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) and support new product introduction.
Implement complex engineering changes.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in technical/science or international equivalent required.
Greater than 2 years professional engineering experience or a combination of experience and advanced degree required.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis
General understanding of applicable manufacturing processes and ability to read product drawings, including GD&T and specification flow down.
Professional certifications preferred (i.
e.
, AWS, SME, CWE, CWI, etc.
).
