*POSITION SUMMARY:* *MUST BE currently enrolled in a Master's program for ABA and have some experience as a supervisor.

The Program Manager is a member of the management team, reports to the Clinical Supervisor, and works in conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure premier clinical services are provided to the clients EIFC is fortunate to serve.
*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* *\*\* The following responsibilities which require supervision (in the form of an overlap) will be considered unrestricted (unpaid) hours.
* * Weekly on-site case visits to ensure proper implementation of program goals for both clients and caregivers/parents according to contract allotment * Weekly on-site caregiver/parent training according to training modules and goals * Weekly data analysis and programming (ensuring progress, updating targets, modifying program goals) * \*\* Conducting in conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor monthly clinical meetings with parents * In conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor, design and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs * In conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor, develop and implement initial and ongoing training programs (including but not limited to ABA, DTT, VB, PECS, and data collection) for Behavior Interventionists and RBT’s * Coach and mentor behavior interventionists to ensure ongoing skill development * \*\* Assist with and/or write initial assessments and progress reports for each client’s funding source ensuring timely submission so no lapse in coverage occurs * \*\* Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the client’s present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goals * Consult with parents and school personnel in person, on the phone, or through video * Conduct annual performance evaluations for Behavior Interventionists on your team * Conduct weekly QA of data collection and sessions documentations by BI/BTs * Mastering use of applications to collect sessions data and notes (Catalyst, NPAWORKS and etc.
) * Support clinical staff to utilize applications to collect sessions data and notes * Timely and professionally address and resolve issues of the client ’s parents/caregiver * Perform other job duties as needed/necessary *BASIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment.
* Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
* Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior.
* Must have the manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
* Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home, school, and community placements.
* Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
* Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through a computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
* Must be okay with bodily fluids.
* Must maintain a professional appearance with regard to clothing, grooming, hair, and make-up.
* Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites within the Greater Los Angeles Area.
* Must have a valid Driver’s License & insurance in good standing.
* It is expected for you to obtain an RBT credential within 6 months of being hired.
*QUALIFICATIONS:* * Required: Enrolled in a Master's Program for ABA * Required: Minimum 1-year of experience as a supervisor * Preferred: Minimum 3-years of experience working in the field of autism * Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish, English, and Russian) * Team player * Kind and compassionate * Excellent time management skills * Strong organizational skills * Able to write clearly and effectively * Able to speak clearly and effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to teach others * Respect for authority * Ability to take direction Job Type: Part-time Pay: $26.
00 - $28.
