PhpMyadmin expert WP (Panorama city)

cross scripting has been injected , I use wordfense security plugin but have been negligent with leaving my auto plugin update feature off.
This particulate website allows visitors to create a subscriber account , so it looks as if most likely the hacker in-scripted in a post or blog.
