Description:
Project Management: Assist in managing HR projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Assist in HR process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and automation.
Record Keeping/Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of HR initiatives and tasks.
Outreach: Assist in outreach efforts to engage with current employees and maintain a healthy workplace and inclusive culture initiatives.
Support in the design and execution of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Research: Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, tools and industry benchmarks.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations on HR metrics, trends, and analysis to HR and business leaders.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field/ or 1-2 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Very detail-oriented with a passion for HR and continuous learning and development.
