*About the Job*
● Part-time position, 25+ hours per week
● Start rate: $22.
50 per hour, *NO benefits*
*Job Duties:*
● Preparing, distributing and retrieving lien releases through _template-based_ email correspondence with vendors
● Preparing and maintaining files and records
● Completing forms in accordance with company procedures
● Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
● Filing documents
*Requirements:*
Applicants must possess excellent administrative and communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational prioritizing abilities to keep up in this fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is *required*.
Multi-tasking and time management skills are _a must_ for this position to oversee and execute a multitude of lien releases *daily*.
