SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform Oil Changes: Drain and refill engine oil, replace oil filters, and perform basic inspections to identify any potential issues.
Fluid Checks: Inspect and top off various fluids, including transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant.
Filter Replacements: Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and fuel filters as needed.
Tire Services: Rotate tires, check tire pressure, and perform basic tire maintenance.
Perform Basic Inspections: Conduct visual inspections of the vehicle's undercarriage, belts, hoses, and other components to identify any signs of wear or damage.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean and organized, dispose of used oil and other materials properly, and adhere to environmental and safety standards.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, answer their questions, and provide information on additional recommended services.
Documentation: Record services performed, inspections made, and any additional recommendations in the service records.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Open availability Monday through Saturday
2+ years Lube Tech experience
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of electrical systems, A/C systems, general service, brake and front end work (ASE certifications preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Professional work ethic and high integrity
Ability to work as a team and/or independently
Strong problem solving and follow up skills
